Reserve Our Pavilion

Our pavilion is the perfect location for your next party!

Available to both members and non-members.

Reserve the pavilion from 11:30am - 3:30pm or from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.

Your reservation includes admission for 15 swimmers and the use of our grill.

*Additional swimmers are $5/person, payable at the time of your event.

Members fee: $150; Non-Members fee: $295

After Hours Parties

Available to members only is an additional after hours party option!

Reserve the pavilion after hours on Saturday from 8:00pm - 11:30pm for an exclusive private party.

Your reservation includes admission for 15 swimmers and the use of our grill.

*Additional swimmers are $5/person, payable at the time of your event.

Members fee: $250

Rental Guidelines

If your guest(s) unduly interferes with the operation of the pool, you will be asked to remove your guest.

Glass is not allowed on the pool deck. (No bottles, please.) Clean up after your party. No wrappers, food or cigarette butts left on the deck.

Swimming only during posted pool hours; requests for earlier or later hours may be accommodated at Batavia Swim Club’s discretion.

Due to weather, parties may be rescheduled based upon availability. Refunds given if makeup date not agreed upon.

Any damages to the property from the party will be assessed and charged back to the member. The Batavia Swim Club is flexible and will work with you and your party to best fit your needs.
